John and his wife Melody have four children and reside in a suburb of Cleveland, OH.
Kristine Douglas-Korber
Kristine joined Proforma's New Owner Development Team in 2006. She brings over a decade of franchise sales experience from industries as diverse as Unified Communications and Sports Entertainment. With this background, Kristine is confident that no one offers their Owners as much support as Proforma to help them achieve their goals and dreams. Since her time with Proforma, Kristine has helped over 150 Owners join the Proforma family. Kristine, her husband, John, and their three children reside in a suburb of Cleveland, OH.
Frank Ciraci
Frank joined Proforma in 2006 after 16 years at General Motors, working in a variety of financial and purchasing management positions. After joining Proforma in 2006, Frank worked on several supplier initiatives before joining the New Owner Development Team in 2007. His financial and purchasing background has enabled him to help many small business owners to better reduce their business debt and risk levels and have more opportunities to grow their businesses with Proforma. Frank and his wife Mary have four children and reside in a suburb of Detroit, MI.
Roger Mitro
Roger has been with Proforma for 2 years. As a Director of New Owner Development, he describes the most satisfying part of his job as “…being a part of the matching process that connects the right people with the proven systems and services at Proforma and then, of course, witnessing their success.” Roger’s drive and passion to help others succeed, makes him a great asset to the New Owner Development Team. He resides with his wife, Brooke, and two dogs in a suburb of Cleveland, OH.
