Multi-Million Dollar Distributors Transition Business to Proforma Fine Incentives

CLEVELAND – Proforma is excited to announce that multi-million dollar distributors, Stanley Fine and Michel Egnal have joined the Proforma Family as Co-Owners of Proforma Fine Incentives. With more than 25 years of combined industry experience, Fine and Egnal have transitioned Carrollton, Texas based Fine Incentives, Inc. to Proforma.

Proforma Fine Incentives has developed a growth strategy utilizing the Proforma major accounts and eCommerce teams to continue to expand their business which specializes in providing logo’d apparel to national retail chains through company stores. With the backing of Proforma, the company plans to increase sales from $3 million to $7 million within the next three years.

Fine and Egnal launched Fine Incentives, Inc. in Los Angeles and relocated the business to Texas in 1993. Joining Proforma will now give the pair an expanded product offering which includes printing and multimedia, as well as access to Proforma’s proven marketing, business development, accounting and administrative resources.
